The production is organized in the Cedar House in 2 kilometers from the Siberian Taiga in the village of Kandaurovo, on the border of the Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions. All processes - from the collection of raw materials to the packaging of products - are carried out manually or with the use of wooden equipment, recreated according to old drawings. Machine mechanisms are applied at a minimum, only where human strength is not enough. The main work with pine nuts is carried out by women - after all, there is a belief that in contact with women's hands the pine nut completely retains all its good energy. Men participate in heavy work on collecting cones and squeezing cedar oil.
